Classes & Timetable

Classes are 45 mins duration and can be booked 4 weeks in advance through the Momence App

Classes run 7 days per week and offer a range of styles including;

  • Reformer - perfect for all levels and abilities, working on strength, flexibility and body awareness

  • Reformer Extreme - a heavier, strength-focused workout (previous reformer experience advised)

  • Reformer Fit - HIIT style workout using jump boards, props and weights to increase the heart rate (previous reformer experience advised)

  • Reformer Stretch - a slower paced class, designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and leave you feeling lengthened and refreshed.

  • 6 week Pregnancy Program - 6x weekly pilates classes, using the reformer, mat and props to help your body stay strong and adapt to the changes as your baby grows. See our pre-natal page for more details
