The Important Stuff (AKA Our Terms & Conditions)

We know, we know… no one really wants to read the Terms & Conditions.

So here’s the quick version:

We’re simply trying to keep Spring Reform a happy, harmonious place to move, hang out and feel good, while also making sure we can keep the studio running smoothly.

Basically:

  • Can’t make your class? Cancel with enough notice so someone else can grab your spot.

  • Cancel too late? You’ll lose the class, and pay a $10 late cancellation fee

  • Don’t show up? A no-show fee of $15 applies.

  • Booked into a popular class? Please only hold the spot if you genuinely plan to come.

  • Something genuinely unusual going on? Talk to us. We’re humans too.

  • Running late? We may not allow you to into class, for your safety and other classmates. Give yourself some breathing space and leave home/work a few minutes earlier.

The general philosophy is pretty simple:

We’ll do the right thing by you, you do the right thing by us, and we’ll all get along beautifully.

There are, of course, a few more details we legally need to include below.

So, if you’re someone who loves a bit of Terms & Conditions reading, please keep going. Otherwise, the summary above covers the spirit of it pretty well.

Now for the official stuff…

Memberships

Spring Reform memberships have an initial 3-month commitment, consisting of 12 weekly payments debited from your nominated bank account or credit card.

At the end of the initial 3-month period, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis, with payments continuing weekly, unless you choose to cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

Depending on the membership you purchase, your plan includes 1, 2, 3 or unlimited Reformer Pilates classes per week.

Your weekly class allocation is added at the beginning of each week and expires at the end of that week. Any unused classes are forfeited and do not roll over or accumulate from week to week.

Cancelling Your Membership

If you wish to cancel your membership at the end of your initial 3-month commitment, or at any time afterwards, cancellation must be requested by email.

Please provide the required notice in accordance with your membership agreement. Membership payments will continue during the applicable notice period.

Membership Suspensions

Memberships may be suspended for up to 8 weeks, with a minimum suspension period of 2 weeks.

While your membership is suspended, payments will be paused and you will be unable to use your membership to book classes.

Membership Price Changes

From time to time, membership prices may need to change due to increases in operating costs.

We’ll always do our best to keep any increases to a minimum and will provide at least one month’s notice before a membership price change takes effect.

Failed Payments

Please make sure your payment details are kept up to date.

If a payment is declined due to an expired card, insufficient funds, security issue or another payment problem, Spring Reform reserves the right to charge a $15 failed-payment fee to help cover costs incurred through our payment providers.

Packs, Passes & Expiry Dates

Introductory offers, single classes and our 5, 10, 25, 50 and Teen 10 class packs all have their own expiry periods.

Please check the expiry period when purchasing and choose a pack that suits how often you realistically expect to attend.

Unused classes will expire at the end of the nominated period.

Spring Reform does not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

In some circumstances, we may choose to extend an expiry date or provide a studio credit at our discretion. An administration or merchant-fee surcharge may apply.

Late Cancellations

We completely understand that plans change.

If you can no longer attend a class, please cancel as early as possible so someone else has the opportunity to book your spot.

If you cancel within 8 hours of the scheduled class time, this is considered a late cancellation and the class will be deducted from your membership or class pack. You will also be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

No-Shows

If you book a class and don’t attend without cancelling, this is considered a no-show.

The class will be deducted from your membership or pack and a $15 no-show fee will also be charged approximately 24 hours after the class.

We really don’t love charging these either — but empty reformers in a fully booked class make us a little sad.

Waitlists

If you join a waitlist, please keep an eye on your notifications.

If a place becomes available and you are asked to confirm or decline it, please respond promptly.

Where a waitlist place is allocated or accepted and you then fail to attend or cancel within the required timeframe, the usual late-cancellation and no-show policies may apply.

Please make sure notifications for the Spring Reform booking system are switched on so you don’t miss a message.

Booking Classes

Classes and sessions can be booked up to 28 days in advance.

If Spring Reform needs to cancel a class, any class credit used for that booking will be returned to your membership or class pack where applicable.

Occasionally, we may also need to change an instructor or make adjustments to the timetable. We’ll always try to give you as much notice as possible, but Spring Reform reserves the right to substitute instructors or alter the timetable when required.

The studio may close or operate on a reduced timetable over Christmas, Easter, public holidays or other dates at our discretion.

And Finally...

By purchasing a Spring Reform membership, class or pack, you agree to these studio policies and Terms & Conditions.

If you purchase a membership, you also agree to make the payments outlined in your membership agreement for the applicable commitment and notice periods.

Our aim is never to make things complicated.

Book the classes you intend to attend, cancel early when you can’t, keep an eye on your pack expiry dates, and talk to us if something unusual happens.

We’ll do our best to look after you, and we appreciate you helping us look after the studio too.
