Class Types
Classes are 45 mins duration and can be booked 4 weeks in advance via the Momence App
Classes run 7 days per week and offer a range of styles including;
Reformer - perfect for all levels and abilities, working on strength, flexibility and body awareness. Suitable for pre and post natal bodies.
Reformer Extreme - a heavier strength-focused workout using weights and heavy springs. Previous reformer experience advised
Reformer Fit - HIIT style workout using jump boards, props and weights to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength.
Reformer Stretch - a slower paced class, using the reformer to strength, release tension, improve flexibility and clear the mind.
