Teen Reformer
Are you a teenager who hasn’t found a love of exercising?
Do you want to exercise but not sure what to do?
Or are you a teenager who already exercises, but wants to get stronger without lifting weights at the gym?
Spring Reform, offers reformer pilates classes, designed for teenagers. These classes will help you build strength, flexibility, confidence, improve your mood and sleep. They will help you balance strength and flexibility and muscle coordination, with a strong core.
Classes will give you time to forget about the day and just have fun. We know you are just going to love building a life-long practice of self-care, doing Reformer Pilates at Spring Reform.
Our classes welcome teenagers aged between 12 and 17 years - but we know bodies mature at different rates - so please contact us if you’re unsure.

Yes. Since you are under the age of 18, your legal guardian will need to sign a consent form. This form will pop up when signing up to Spring Reform.

We have lovely instructors who will help you every step of the way. We understand everyone has different abilities, so reformer is perfect because it can be made easier or harder depending on your level of experience. You won't be made to do any exercise you are not comfortable with, but we will challenge you to be your best.

Bring your drink bottle, grippy socks (don't worry if you don't have any, we have some beautiful socks you can buy in the Studio on your first visit) and clothes you can exercise in.
Come straight from school if you like. We can store your school bags safely and there are toilets/changerooms where you can get changed.

Reformer classes for teens are most popular at 4.15-5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday afternoons. But with a teen pack or membership, you can come to pretty much any class you like (except weekends and the Reformer Extreme and Fit classes).
You can book classes online using the Momence app (you will be prompted to login when signing up to a teen pack or membership).

Click on the Sign Up button below (with your parent or legal guardian). It will take you to the Packs and Memberships page where you can buy a Teen 10 class pack (or Intro pack), or sign up to a Teen Reformer Membership which gives you access to 2x reformer classes per week. Follow the prompts and you are ready to start your Reformer fun with us.
