The 4-in-4 Challenge is simple:
Attend 4 Reformer Pilates classes every week for 4 weeks in February.
That’s it. No extremes. No pressure to be perfect. Just consistent movement that fits into real life.
Why Do It?
At Spring Reform, we see it time and time again:
2–3 weeks of consistent classes = better strength, mobility, confidence
4 weeks = real habit change, visible progress, and “this feels like me now” energy
The 4-in-4 Challenge is designed to help you:
Build momentum
Create a routine you can actually sustain
Feel stronger, looser, and more confident in your body
What are the details?
Duration: 4 weeks, from Sunday 1st Feb to Saturday 28th Feb.
Goal: 4 classes per week (16 total)
How much? $250 for 16 classes (that’s only $15.60/class)
Who it’s for:
New members wanting a strong start
Existing members ready to level up
Anyone feeling a bit stuck, flat, or inconsistent
For current members, we will freeze your membership payments for the month so you just use your 4-in-4 pack
For current pack holders, we will extend your pack expiry by 1 month so you can use your 4-in-4 pack (not applicable to new member intro packs)

Improved core strength and posture
Less stiffness and fewer niggles
Better body awareness and control
Increased confidence on the reformer
A mindset shift from “I should exercise” to “I want to exercise”
